It is easy to take the WeisFeedback survey using the valid receipt and some of your time. Here is how to do it:
#1. Buy: Simply go to any Weis Markets and make a purchase from the store. You would be provided a receipt after the transaction. The survey guidelines, together with the access code, are printed on that receipt.
#2. Access the Site: Use a computer or smartphone with an Internet. Go to weisfeedback or https://weisselection.survey.marketforce.com/
#3. Select Language: Choose a language for completing the survey. English is the default choice; other languages may also be available.
#4. Enter Survey Information: Look for the survey entry code, store number, and details of the purchase on the receipt. Then, you can click the “Continue” button.
#5. Answer Questions: Honestly answer the survey questions. Questions can include the following: your visit, the quality of available products and the state of the store, employees, and your level of satisfaction.
#6. Add Additional Comments: If you want to forward any suggestions or concerns you have, you can do so in the open-ended question section found at the very end of the survey.
#7. Redeem Code: You will get a validation code once you are done with the survey. Write it on the receipt
#8. Redeem the Prize: Carry that receipt with the redemption code and redeem that prize the next time you visit Weis Markets.
